Born in 1971 in Dnipro

Education:

Dnipropetrovsk State University (1994), specialty "Manufacturing of aircraft".

Zaporizhzhia State University (2003), specialty "Psychology".

Candidate of Technical Sciences (2012).

Career: 

1994-2021 – served in the military in managerial and operational positions of the officer corps.

Since 2021 – at the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.

February 24, 2023 – appointed Deputy Minister for Strategic Industry of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.
