Born in 1992 in Kharkiv.

Education:

Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University (2014), Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

National Technical University of Ukraine 'Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' (2019), Master's degree in Management.

Career: 

From 2014 to 2015 worked at the Kharkiv Engineering Design Bureau (part of Ukroboronprom).

From 2016 to 2020 - chief designer and chief engineer of the Lviv Armoured Plant.

From 2020 to 2021 - Production Director at the Malyshev State Enterprise Plant.

From 2021 to 2022 - Director of the State Enterprise Kharkiv Armoured Plant.

01 December 2022 - Director of Production of Spare Parts and Accessories, Acting General Director of SE Malyshev Plant;

On 1 May 2023 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed him General Director of the State Enterprise Malyshev Plant.

On 28 June 2023 by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine he was appointed as General Director of JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" (UDI).

On 5 September 2024, by the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he was appointed as Minister of Strategic Industry of Ukraine.
