Education:

Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko (2013), received a master's degree in international economics.

National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2019), studied under the advanced training program.

Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko (2019), at the Institute of Postgraduate Education, he obtained the qualification of a specialist in legal studies.

Career: 

2012-2017 – worked at state-owned enterprises and local self-government bodies, headed departments for infrastructure, improvement, and investment issues.

2018 – head of the staff of Holosiivskyi District state administration (Kyiv).

2019 – deputy and acting head of the Darnytskyi district state administration (Kyiv).

2020-2021 – first deputy director - head of the Department of Development works control in the Department of Urban Development of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

2021-2023 - Director of the Department of Urban Development of the KCSA.

August 15, 2023 – appointed Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
