Born in 1985 in Starokostiantyniv (Khmelnytskyi Oblast)

Education:

2006 – Military Engineering Institute of the Podillia State Agro-Technical University.

Specialist degree in Military Management; Tactical-Level Officer.

2021 – Ivan Cherniakhovskyi National Defense University of Ukraine

Master's degree in Combat Support for Troops (Forces); Operational-Tactical Level Officer.

2023 – Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav.

Master's degree in Public Administration and Management.

Career:

2006–2016 – Served in the Engineering Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

2017–2020 – Served in the Department of Environmental Safety and Mine Action.

2020–2025 – Held various positions at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, progressing from Deputy Head of Division to Deputy Director of the Department and Head of the Armament and Military Equipment Development Directorate within the Department of Military-Technical Policy, Armament, and Military Equipment Development.

2 May 2025 – Appointed as First Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine by Resolution No. 425-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
